PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION
Our Designer will discuss with you the property and the requirements to assess and indicate the best way forward. The preliminary consultation usually last around 20/30 minutes so make sure you send us your floor plan in advance to familiarise with the space.

SITE VISIT & DRAFT
Site visits are an important aspect of every design process.
We will asseses each room and we will produce preliminary sketches and mood boards to align our visions.

CONCEPT
The Essential pack include the design & style for two rooms in a residential project. We will discuss the aesthetics and the overall look & feel, choosing between a couple of concept options. Fine tuning the design following your feedback

FINALISATION
Complete architectural plans, 3D models*, material & furniture lists.
Procurement* of all Furniture

REMOVAL* & INSTALLATION
Removal of existing fixtures and finishes.
Preparing the space for new construction*. Installation of FF&E, fixtures and fittings, and the careful execution of the design details.

FINAL TOUCH
Placement of furniture, soft items, and decor items to complete the look.
Final walkthru to ensure every detail meets your approval.
