Throughout the project, we aim to maintain clear communication. Clients are kept informed of progress, anticipated timelines, and any relevant considerations that may arise. We are available to answer questions and discuss any concerns throughout the project.
Quality and attention to detail
We work with trusted suppliers and makers and recommend materials, products, and finishes selected for their suitability and quality. While we take great care in our recommendations, the supply and performance of third‑party products or contractors remain the responsibility of the respective provider.

Stage 0 - Strategic Definition
Our initial consultations are designed to understand your vision, functional requirements, and preferred styles. These discussions help us gather the information needed to define the project brief and objective, begin shaping your design direction.
STAGE 1: Preparation and Brief
Developing the project brief and initial feasibility studies.
STAGE 2 - Concept Design
Creating initial design concepts and exploring options. Following our consultations, we will develop design concepts based on the agreed brief. This stage is collaborative: we welcome your feedback and will refine concepts within the scope of the service agreed. Adjustments may be made to ensure the design aligns with your aspirations.
STAGE 3 - Developed Design
Finalizing the design and preparing for technical documentation.
STAGE 4 - Technical Design
Producing detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
STAGE 5 - Construction
Overseeing the construction process and ensuring compliance with the design. Where project management is included in your service package, we coordinate with contractors, track timelines, and oversee design implementation in line with the agreed scope.
STAGE 6 - Handover
Upon completion, we conduct a walkthrough to review the project outcome together. We remain available for aftercare guidance and additional support as needed, within the scope of our services.
Our Interior design services are following the RIBA stages, and are supporting our Client in all the stages of the project, from concept to completion.
